Duties:

Dahill is actively searching for experience B2B sales professionals for our Houston Branch.

Business Development Specialists are responsible for:

  • Responsible for introducing and selling Dahill product line to prospects and customers in designated local territory.
  • Provide product, hardware and software solutions to solve customer document workflow issues.
  • Serve as the focal point for new customer accounts within assigned local territory.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales quota by consistently performing required daily/weekly activities necessary to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Complete customer needs analysis, draft proposals, provide product presentations and demonstrations.

This position works closely with Branch Sales Manager to expand business and establish new customers while interacting with existing customers to increase sales of Dahill products and/or services.

 

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who excel in fast paced, highly competitive sales environment.

  • Be self motivated, energetic and customer focused.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to perform consistently with minimal supervision. 
  • Experienced in cold calling in person or via phone.
  • Successful in generating business leads via cold calling, onsite visits, and other methods.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation.

 Preferred:

  • Hold BS/BA in business field and or 2 +years of outside sales experience.
  • Have proven success in B2B sales.
  • Consultative sales experience with strong account forecasting, planning and prioritization skills.
  • Sales experience in office products, technology, wireless and/or similar industry is preferred.

Dahill offers a competitive total compensation package consisting of base salary plus commission to include auto allowance.
